About me
My name is Mike Müller, I have a Master of Science in Applied Computer Science from the Bremerhaven University of Applied Sciences Germany. I have been working in the advertising sector for four years now, starting with Google DoubleClick for Publishers in Dublin Ireland as a Technical Support Analyst, in 2016 I joined Toywheel GmbH in Berlin as Ad Tech Developer / Ad Operations Manager and in March 2017 I changed as Senior Solution Engineer to Fyber NV. In addition to my full-time job, I also work as a freelancer at WELLTHY GmbH as CTO, where I have built and integrated an Owncloud platform for digital health. The platform is based on PHP. Furthermore, I still have WordPress projects carried out for Pickmotion GmbH.
I started with Bitcoin mining in 2013, the miners used were Antminer S1, today I am active in crypto trading.

- February 2014 until December 2016, I visited the Graduate School of the University of Applied Sciences Bremerhaven in the subject of Applied Computer Science.My Master's-Project was focused on Big Data. During my project I received skills in setting up and handling Databases such as from Oracle, MySQL and MSSQL.- Further I received experience in working with MS Project and WordPress.
My Masters Thesis topic was called "Small is Beautiful - An App as interface to the compArt database". The focus here was on iOS App-Development. My final colloquy took place on 21.12.2016 and I received my academic title as Master's of Science.

- September 2010 until February 2014 I visited the Undergraduate Program in Digital Media at the University of Applied Sciences Bremerhaven, during this study I was able gain experience in programming with Java, SQL, HTML, Actionscribpt, and handling Adobe Suite Software to Design projects as also using Autodesk Maya to create animations, designing intuitive user interfaces and developing prototypes. During this study I also received skills in App-Development and Project Management. My thesis topic was "Kunst und Demokratie - Eine exemplarische Studie über die New Tendencies". - September 2008 until September 2010 I visited the Undergraduate Program in Transportation and Logistics at University of Applied Sciences Bremerhaven, here I learned a lot in the field of Mechanical Engineering, Operations research, logistics software, SQL-Databases and Programming with Java, I also did several projects in AutoCAD from Autodesk (Please find my transcript here ).
- July 2004 until July 2005, I visited the Commercial College / Double-qualification at the Kaufmännische Lehranstalten in Bremerhaven, Germany.

- From January 2016 until September 2016 I was working as a Technical Support Officer for HCL-Technology at Google, in Dublin, Ireland.
My responsibilities were to Troubleshoot and resolve DoubleClick for Publishers (DFP) issues directly for the highest revenue-generating for the publishers. Provide guidance and consultative technical expertise to front line General Support and DFP Service Relationship Managers. I provided two-way communication and collaboration on monthly product release cycles and customer-centric product development. I served as point of contact for projects, led by our escalation management team to improve client experience and internal operational effectiveness (user acceptance testing, prioritization process liaison, emergency paging process, new feature release launches). - November 2011 until January 2016 I have been a Student Worker in the Quality Management Department at Areva Wind GmbH, Bremerhaven, Germany (since 2015 Adwen Offshore GmbH), my responsibilities were very versatile during the 4 years. From engineering to technical documentation I was able to gain a lot of experience, the team was great, please read my reference letter, which you will find here.
- August 2011 until Sept 2011 I worked as a commercial clerk at Daimler AG, Stuttgart, Germany, my responsibilities were digitizing documents and afterwards archiving them into the Database System, the time was short but the team gave me a lot of inspiration for my future ( here you can download my reference letter).
- August 2005 until July 2008 I did a Vocational Training as office clerk at Elbe-Weser Werkstätten gGmbH, my responsibilities were basically to receive knowledge in the fields of economics, controlling, finance and I got proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word), (please find my reference letter together with my Commercial College degree here ).
